Dati e finalità
Il servizio tratta domande, risposte, lingua, percorso, lezione, eventi tecnici e feedback per erogare e proteggere il tutor e valutarne il funzionamento. Le email fornite volontariamente sono conservate separatamente dalle conversazioni e usate solo per aggiornamenti BIMentor.
Minimizzazione e RAG
Prima dell’archiviazione analitica, il sistema prova a rimuovere identificatori riconoscibili. Non inserire dati personali, sensibili, aziendali o riservati. Le conversazioni vengono revisionate per costruire il corpus RAG soltanto con consenso facoltativo dedicato e non sono inserite automaticamente nel database vettoriale.

Gli screenshot sono inviati al fornitore AI per generare la risposta immediata e non sono conservati nell’archivio analitico o nel corpus RAG.
Conservazione
Interazioni minimizzate e feedback collegati sono conservati per massimo 90 giorni. I conteggi aggregati possono essere mantenuti più a lungo. Le email restano fino alla revoca del consenso o alla cessazione del servizio di aggiornamento.
Fornitori
BIMentor utilizza Vercel, un servizio Redis collegato al progetto e Anthropic. Questi fornitori possono trattare i dati tecnici necessari e operare fuori dal Regno Unito secondo i meccanismi contrattuali applicabili.
Diritti
Puoi revocare i consensi e chiedere accesso, rettifica o cancellazione scrivendo a bimentorapp@gmail.com. Puoi presentare reclamo all’Information Commissioner’s Office.

In brief: BIMentor is a free pilot for adults. Consent to contribute to the RAG corpus and consent to receive emails are separate and optional.
Controller
BIMentor is an independent project and is not incorporated as a company. The data controller is Romeo Panico, who operates the project from the United Kingdom. Contact: bimentorapp@gmail.com.
Data and purposes
The service processes questions, generated answers, language, learning path, lesson, technical usage events and feedback to provide and protect the tutor and evaluate the pilot. Email addresses supplied voluntarily are stored separately from conversations and used only for BIMentor updates.
Minimisation and RAG
Before analytics storage, the system attempts to remove recognisable identifiers. Do not enter personal, sensitive, business or confidential information. Conversations are reviewed for building the RAG corpus only where separate optional consent has been given, and are not automatically inserted into the vector database.
Screenshots
Screenshots are sent to the AI provider to generate the immediate answer. They are not retained in analytics or included in the RAG corpus.
Retention
Minimised interactions and linked feedback are retained for no longer than 90 days. Aggregated counts may be kept longer. Email addresses are retained until consent is withdrawn or the update service ends.
Providers
BIMentor uses Vercel, a Redis service connected to the project and Anthropic. These providers may process necessary technical data and operate outside the United Kingdom under their applicable transfer arrangements.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent and request access, correction or deletion by emailing bimentorapp@gmail.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
